Headphones are integrated in my life in some manner every day.  It could be when I am taking calls when driving(safety first), when I listen to podcasts or even when I watch movies on my phone or tablet.  So when QQCute reached out to me recently and asked that I review their QQcutie wireless Bluetooth earbuds and I was happy to do so since I misplaced another earbud I had been using for months. I also wanted to see how other earbuds compared to the earbuds I had been previously using.

Quickly Pairs to Your Device

Once you take it out of the charging box it quickly connects to the device it is paired to without any effort on your part.

When these earbuds are not in use they are charging in the box which means you will likely always be working with fully charged earbuds.  

Use one or use both

These earbuds can be used together for a proper headphone experience or you can just use one. I prefer to use one most of the time so I can hear clearly around me when I am driving or when I am on a surveillance.

Approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours of use per charge

While 2 ½ to 3 hours of power per use might not seem like a lot, having a portable charging device adds time to your experience.  

Pair each earbud to different devices

Yeah, that is right, both earbuds can be used on different devices at the same time.  I thought this was a pretty neat function of these

How They Work

Really they work right out of the charging box.  Assuming you already have them paired to your device, they automatically connect.  I thought this was a neat feature that I have never come across before.

Once the right earbud syncs to your phone or device, the left bud then pairs with the right one.  

They can pause or play music, answer or end calls, reject incoming calls, call the last number you dialed and two-call handling.

Though they had many features, I only used them to make calls, listen to music, videos and podcasts and to pause and play.

 

Sound Quality

Whether you are using just one bud or both, the sound quality is very good for being buds.  I am not a sound expert but I felt as though there was much more bass in the sound when watching a video or listening to podcasts.  

For being buds, I thought the sound was incredibly good.

Microphone Quality

I tested the microphone quality on a call with my wife.  My wife said the sound was clear but sounded as though I was on speaker phone.   And I was (in a sense), so that was to be expected.

I have had many conversations since using the microphone and everyone I have spoken with has heard me clearly and I have heard them clearly.

Final Thoughts

I really didn’t know if I was going to like the QQCute Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds but here are my final thoughts.

I used the earbuds as they were and didn’t change the earbuds tips.  They fit snug and comfortably in my ear when I used them. I didn’t run around with them on but I felt as though they weren’t going to come out of my ear.

The range on the QQCute Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds is about 20 feet when listening to music. I was able to leave the room where my phone was and still listen to music and conference calls I was participating in without any audio loss as long as I stayed within the 20 feet range.  

The Sound

The sound had a lot of bass and was seriously impressed considering the sound was coming out of earbuds.  Most of what I listen to is not music related and more relates to movies, audio books, and podcasts but the sound felt impressive.

Battery Time and Case of the QQCute Wireless Earbuds

I never ran out of battery on these when using them casually.  Whenever I was done with them I just put them back in their case to keep them safe and of course to charge.  I like having them in the case because there is a better chance of me not losing them.

And that is why I like the case. I helped me keep track of the buds and protected them when not in use.

While the earbuds might only last about 2 ½ hours, being able to charge them 2 to 3 times through the case (when not plugged in) gives you 6 to 7 hours of battery life which is pretty good.

Use the QQCute wireless earbuds independently or together

I think what I really like about these earbuds is that I can use them both at the same time, only use one or only use one and have the other earbud connect independently to another device for someone else to use.  I didn’t want to have to use them both together all the time so I am glad they built in the functionality to use them separately if needed.

Overall this product comes with an entry-level price that won’t break the bank giving you the opportunity to enjoy music, audio books, videos or podcasts with a better sound experience than just using one earbud.

This will now be my replacement buds since misplacing my last earbud.
